Service interval
Not yet confirmed
Zeekr's suggested schedule for the 009 is reported as 12 months or 20,000 km1. That comes from a single listing and we have found no capped-price figures. Confirm in your Service and Warranty Booklet, which is the authority2.
Warranty
These are Zeekr's standard terms for private-use cars2:
| Cover | Term |
|---|---|
| Vehicle warranty | 5 years, unlimited km |
| High-voltage battery | 8 years or 160,000 km; repair or replacement if state of health falls below 70% |
| Corrosion (perforation) and paint | 5 years |
| Roadside assistance | 5 years |
| 12-volt battery and key fob battery | 12 months or 20,000 km |
| Accessories fitted after delivery | 24 months or 20,000 km |
Commercial use is covered differently; see 009 prices.
Keeping your warranty
Zeekr's warranty policy does not say you must service at a Zeekr dealer. What it does say2:
- The car must be serviced and maintained to the Zeekr schedule in the Service and Warranty Booklet, using parts that meet Zeekr's specifications.
- Keep detailed records of each service: date, odometer, work done, parts and fluids, and the job card. You need to show the booklet when you claim.
- Faults caused by servicing that was not done to Zeekr's specifications, or not done by a "duly certified and qualified" workshop, are excluded.
- Warranty claims are made through an authorised Zeekr dealer. Report a fault within 7 calendar days, or as soon as practicable.
The ACCC's position is that a manufacturer's warranty typically lets you choose your own repairer for servicing, as long as the manufacturer's servicing standards are met; some warranties require repairs claimed under warranty to be done in the dealer network3. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to the warranty, and Zeekr's policy says it does not limit them2.
Roadside assistance
Zeekr Roadside is on 1800 093 357, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anywhere in Australia45. Cover includes phone help, a flat 12-volt battery test or jump-start, a flat-tyre repair or tow to a tyre repairer, help with lost or locked-in keys, and a tow to the nearest authorised Zeekr retailer5. If the high-voltage battery is flat, a tow is the likely outcome: ask when you call.
Service locations are on the dealers page.
