Zeekr 7X servicing and warranty

Last checked: 8 November 2026.

2027 7X (MY27)

The updated 2027 7X (MY27) delivers from December 2026. Figures on this page are for the MY25/MY26 car unless marked. See Which 7X do I have?.

Service interval

Sources differ: check your service booklet

Published reports disagree on the 7X service interval, and Zeekr's own service page does not state one1.

  • 12 months or 20,000 km. RACV reports capped-price servicing of $2,385 in total over five years or 100,000 km on 12-month/20,000 km intervals, and notes Zeekr Australia could not confirm whether prices had risen2. Carsales puts capped servicing at around $2,400 over five years3.
  • 24 months or 40,000 km. CarExpert's long-term review says servicing is required every two years or 40,000 km with an optional annual interval, and quotes an eight-year capped package of $4,7704. Chasing Cars also describes 24 months / 40,000 km as recommended, with a service at 12 months / 20,000 km5.

Your Service and Warranty Booklet is the authority. Zeekr's warranty policy points to it for the schedule6.

We don't publish a per-service price: no source we found confirms one.

MY27 launch-offer servicing

MY27 orders placed between 1 November and 31 December 2026 include two years of servicing78.

Not yet confirmed

One deal site reports the free services as the "12 months or 20,000km and 24 months or 40,000km" services, done at an authorised Zeekr service centre, with a 60-day or 1,500 km grace period, and excluding wear items such as tyres, pads and wipers8. We have not seen Zeekr's own terms.

Warranty

These are Zeekr's standard terms for private-use cars6:

Cover Term
Vehicle warranty 5 years, unlimited km
High-voltage battery 8 years or 160,000 km; repair or replacement if state of health falls below 70%
Corrosion (perforation) and paint 5 years
Roadside assistance 5 years
12-volt battery and key fob battery 12 months or 20,000 km
Accessories fitted after delivery 24 months or 20,000 km

The first 1,000 Australian 7X buyers were offered a 7-year, unlimited-km warranty and 7 years of roadside assistance9. If you bought under an offer, your contract sets your terms.

Keeping your warranty

Zeekr's warranty policy does not say you must service at a Zeekr dealer. What it does say6:

  • The car must be serviced and maintained to the Zeekr schedule in the Service and Warranty Booklet, using parts that meet Zeekr's specifications.
  • Keep detailed records of each service: date, odometer, work done, parts and fluids, and the job card. You need to show the booklet when you claim.
  • Faults caused by servicing that was not done to Zeekr's specifications, or not done by a "duly certified and qualified" workshop, are excluded.
  • Warranty claims are made through an authorised Zeekr dealer. Report a fault within 7 calendar days, or as soon as practicable.
  • Faults caused by unapproved modifications, including electrical modifications, are excluded.

The ACCC's position is that a manufacturer's warranty typically lets you choose your own repairer for servicing, as long as the manufacturer's servicing standards are met; some warranties require repairs claimed under warranty to be done in the dealer network10. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to the warranty, and Zeekr's policy says it does not limit them6.

In practice: keep to the schedule, keep every record, use a qualified workshop and parts that meet Zeekr's specifications, wherever you service. Free launch-offer servicing must be done at an authorised Zeekr service centre8.

Roadside assistance

Zeekr Roadside is on 1800 093 357, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anywhere in Australia111. Have your VIN, your location (nearest cross street), a description of the problem and a contact number ready.

Cover includes phone help, a flat 12-volt battery test or jump-start, a flat-tyre repair or tow to a tyre repairer, help with lost or locked-in keys, and a tow to the nearest authorised Zeekr retailer11. If the high-voltage battery is flat, a tow is the likely outcome: ask when you call.
